Power Net is an internet enabled, self-service customer service and order management application which allows customers to get information quicker and allow them to access this information at their convenience. All you need is a laptop or personal computer with an internet connection to access this powerful and rich application.

Power Net provides real time access to product and order information, as well as, customer retail pricing strategies. Power Net is fully integrated with the distributor's system, and customers have access to many features within this software as well as having a variety of tools and options to enhance their business. The tools and options within the Power Net software application include:

  1. Order Management Tools and Options »
    1. Creating, editing and submitting orders quickly and efficiently.
    2. Checking order status and viewing all orders for your account.
    3. Orders can be created from history, prior orders, order guides or from scratch.
    4. Use of Item information such as Buydowns, Related Items and Critical Items.
    5. Help windows for identifying order quantity abnormalities, such as quantity miskeys.
    6. Ordering by Quantity or Ordering by Inventory through the use of Par Lists.

    1. Accessing account balance detail and summary information.
    2. Viewing and printing invoices and credit memos.
    3. Importing invoices and credit memos into other file formats such as Excel.
