Velocity and Customer Movement Reports
These history reports are very flexible and can be processed for a specific customer, group or chain with purchase information needed for specific items or vendors and for a specific date or date range.
Sales Promotional Item Sheets and Red Hot Sales Deals
CSS partners with vendors to offer special deals and promotional items. Prior to these items being made available for sale to our customers, special sales sheets are distributed to our customers so that they can take advantage of these deals and pre-book orders ahead of time.
Custom Order Guides
In addition to our standard order guide, customers can customize order guides based on their ordering preferences, purchasing history, specific item groupings, pricing choices or other considerations to meet their needs. You can design multiple custom order guides to link to your store. Also, barcode order guides are another option available to you.
Customer Price Lists
Depending on your choice, price lists can be printed in easy-to-read preset item groupings or in a custom order guide sequence.
UPC Lists
All items distributed by Convenient Store Services have corresponding vendor, sales unit and retail UPC’s. UPC lists can be generated and sent to you electronically or in paper form.
Price Change Notices
In addition to item price changes noted on customer invoices, weekly notices are distributed for all items with price changes made during the prior week.
Customized Invoice Formats
Within our system, there are some invoice format choices specifying more item information that you can choose to add and print on your invoice. Our invoice formats are in easy-to read-form with items grouped and summarized on the last page, as well as, invoice and delivery messages and information pertaining to your specific needs.
Item Usage Reports
These reports are similar to the velocity and customer movement reports listed above, but they are based solely on item movement quantity options in order to compare individual order history patterns to overall item movement from other retailers.
Item Ranking Reports
Ranking reports are based on a number of parameters including units sold, sales dollars, inventory quantities which can give customers insight into market trends and industry preferences.
New Items Reports
Weekly reports are available with information on new items added within the past week to the CSS product lines giving you front-line knowledge to help build your product mix and business. Coupled with providing retail shelf labels, these reports are great tools to growing your retail product line.
Discontinued Items Reports
Weekly reports are available on any discontinued items within the past week giving you access to the latest information for making decisions to replace these items with new items or hot-selling ones.
Vendor Purchases Reports
In conjunction with vendor rebate programs, these reports are useful to retailers for rebates or buydowns contracted through CSS or manufacturing sales reps.
Trade Show Purchases Reports
Along with our fantastic trade show deals, you will receive reports enumerating these purchases and the tremendous cost savings gained by these sales.
Item Information Reports
Upon request, reports can be generated for your retail business to see a broad spectrum of information on any item distributed by Convenient Store Services.
Customer Profile Reports
Upon request, reports can be generated for your retail business profiling any customer information needed.
Retail SRP Information Reports
Based upon your specifically designed SRP’s, reports can be generated which enumerate the pricing scheme you are using to meet your profit goals.
